The price i was quoted on phone ($224) total was not what i ended up paying, it was $275. The tech charged for a service fee that i was never made aware of on the phone. In addition, he wanted to charge extra for family room (15x19) which i cleary indicated size of when getting quote on phone, a portion of cost for stairs was reduced, otherewise total would of been higher....i think my quote should have been honored, it is not my fault for bad training of phone estimators, or whatever the reason for a higher price....however, the tech was professional and after one day, seems to have done a good job...i would recommend product, but would warn people that the price you are quoted could be wrong RT. - Omaha, NE - 12/16/2021
