Great service! Wonderful communication!
Keith did an amazing job and worked so hard !
Loved that it had a shorter drying time.
The only down side was a bit too many
A La Cart options, but good to have those when really needed, and better than having to automatically pay for more than what's really needed.
I will definitely use them again!

The service person was quick to judge the quality of my area rug - incorrectly. He gave it a very low grade because he didn't recognize a high quality product. I had to question him before he even checked the label and touched the wool fibers. I was very disappointed by this. The cleaning was fine but the unawareness and unwillingness to check first didn't reinforce any trust in his expertise. Clearly he doesn't know about rugs - only his cleaning equipment. Not sure if I'll use your service again due to this.
