All products are pet friendly, the method did not soak thru to my wood floors, dried within an hr and my home smells great! The rug looks brand new…. Thank you Oxi for a great job Isiah was professional, thorough and explained and answered all my questions & concerns! I will be calling them in 6 months to keep my rug like new…. It wasn't as much about the product as it was about the professionalism of the service. The service team communicated well, was on time, professional and the carpets and sofa look great.

Everything! A person answered your phone (no voicemail); estimate provided during our conversation; cleaning scheduled with 3-4 days; technicians were promo, professional; process and materials explained; and carpet is clean!

I like that the products are more natural and have less chemicals. The father and son who came to clean our rugs, were friendly and professional. They did a great job and their rugs look new.

Carpets weren't soaked as other carpet cleaners leave the carpet soaked. Pleasant owner and his son did an awesome job!

Your product works wonderfully at eliminating any stains and the fragrance is light and doesn't trigger a migraine like most other brands. I like that I can call and schedule a service usually in less than a week. The technicians are very nice, informative and helpful throughout the service call.
