You, are advertising a great look on carpet making it look new. I was disappointed because the carpet was left toooo wet! the gentleman was mixing his solution in my kitchen, which was unprofessional! & my carpet wasn't clean like you advertised after he finished. He even stated the carpet should be dry within 2hrs. ???? 2hrs!! We assumed oxi was something more dry not soaking wet. Dissatisfied customer!!

A neighbor friend of mine recommended your company. She was really pleased with the way her carpets turned out. And commented about how nice David Smith was. I agree on both points. And, as someone who has had to deal with plumbers and electricians, etc. since my husband passed, the price for this work was reasonable.
