The nice lady who did our carpets was very professional, on time and efficient. Our carpets look great. Dry in an hour. This make me wonder if chemicals are left in my carpet, along with the stiffness of it when it’s dry. Vacuumed the morning after it feels back to itself. I’ll ask about that next time you do my carpets.

My initial phone call to OxiClean was that I had pet urine in my carpet and I wanted to make a decision whether or not it needs to be replaced before ordering service. I was told that OxiClean had a system to remove pet urine even down to the pad. After the initial service, the home still smelled of urine. I called and spoke with a manager who ordered a redo. the home still smells like urine. I am needing to get the carpet replaced and I am out of money, because the right information was not provided upfront.
