You didn’t spend enough time cleaning and did not put any care into trying to tackle stains on the rugs. My rug by the front door still had dirt stains afterwards and didn’t look any cleaner. The tech told me he couldn’t clean the edges of the rug or the tassels. Not with paying for, extremely disappointed
