Josh was very thorough in explanation of what was expected and recognizing the possibility of bettering the cleaning result made suggestion of product that did exactly what he anticipated, needless to say his friendly and mannerism was on point to me as a person that commonly does not like the Sales push on Products during an estimated project.
A 10 for Josh's work and Professionalism doesn't address the Quality shown throughout the Job he has done.

Josh was very timely, and did a very thorough job on our carpets. They looked so nice when he finished. Nicely scented products, and the rugs dried very quickly. Great job!

Josh did a wonderful job on our carpet! He was super knowledgeable and kind. He was very quick and our carpet looks so much better! For the price, we’re super happy with the results, and can’t suggest this service enough!

He did a very good job. I thought it was going to be iffy. But he got the pets stains out it looks good and smell good. He explained everything he was doing. I would use him again. He did not leave a mess.
