Too many add-on charges after arrival.
Before even looking at the carpets serviceman said That he might not be able to get out all stains.
When cleaning Only 3 carpeted stairs With machine it did not even look like there was a difference. When we requested A deeper clean than there was a slight difference in the stains. We will take pictures and if there is a difference within over-the-counter product we will send a Before & After.

Was under the impression this was more of a deep clean, vs topical spot treatment and was told once technician arrived that actual deep cleaning would be $100 an hour. Feels a bit like a bait and switch to me. Outside of that fact the stains and smell were back less than 12 hours after treatment. Complete waste of money and super disappointed with the entire transaction.
