Most of the carpet looked great and there was no lingering smell. A huge stain was removed, and I was very relieved to see that. The cleaner wasn't able to fully get out the gym in the carpet downstairs, but maybe that is impossible, and they did the best they could. However, the cleaner was 45 minutes late without warning, and the person I had scheduled to unlock the door for him had to wait. I was assured this doesn't usually happen, and the cleaner did a good job, so I will be using OxiFresh again. CR. - Fenton, MO - 10/06/2022

Michell did a quick, but horough job on our carpet cleaning on April 30, 2022. She also educated us on some things about carpet cleaning at the same time. We are happy with the clean new-look of our carpet. PM. - House Springs, MO - 05/01/2022

There are about 5” of dirty tile flooring around the cabinets island, and walls. The grout cleaning is inconsistent and not thoroughly cleaned. Even though the technician had shoe covers, he would walk around the dirty water in the kitchen and walk through the house with the same covers and you can see the marks on our porch concrete. I couldn’t tell how it looked until after it dried since we couldn’t walk in there for 4 hours after he was done. He did mention that we may have to do it one more time for the sides but wasn’t clear if he was coming back or if we have to pay again. If we have to pay for another service like this, we could replace the tiles with brand new ones. I’d like for someone to come in and deliver what you promise for you’re services.
