I like the fact that they were fast and very courteous. I was very happy with the work and they made sure that I was I like how they checked in with me to make sure that the older protector was working. And also, if I had any questions, then I can feel free to call and if anything was wrong, they would fix it for me, they were very courteous, very knowledgeable, very quick and it was a great experience.

The carpets look pretty good overall. However, we were initially told the job would take between five and six hours to complete all of our spaces. The technician finished in just over two hours. That is a significant difference, and it leaves me wondering whether the original estimate was inaccurate or if the job was rushed. It also makes me question whether spending more time on the cleaning would have produced even better results.
