After you cleaned our carpet, when it was still damp it looked better than before you arrived. When carpet dried it looked 50 % better than before you cleaned it, I called to ask someone to come back and redo spots….and offered to send you pictures of finished carpet. No one called back and that was 10 days ago. Sharon Weeke

You have always been professional. You have always done a great job.
This visit your representative was most appreciated as there were several
heavy stains which he noted and discussed with me the limited options for
him to remove satisfactorily. The carpet is old and our last visit the rep told
my husband several limitations for future cleanings. My husband died last
year so I knew very little about carpet stains and successful removal. I was SO
impressed and grateful to this service rep and his patient explanation of the
problem removing these particular stains. He told me options, etc. In today’s
world, that honesty and patience is a virtue not always found. Like my husband,
was, I am elderly and I could have believed mostly anything. I would and will
recommend you to any and all who ask! All of your reps have been very good, but
this rep was outstanding.
