When I called to make to make the appointment I asked for a 3:00. The lady I spoke to put me on hold and called Tim to see if he would take an appointment so late in the day. He agreed. The day before the appointment Tim texted to say he would be early, around 2:00. I said no I needed him here at 3:00 due to work schedules, he texted me back and said "No Problem". He went ahead and showed up before 2:30 and my sister and elderly mom, let him in and he began to work. The problem is a. we agreed on 3:00, let's keep the agreement, and b. I wanted the carpet under the furniture cleaned and I and my husband would move the furniture for him-I also made that clear when I scheduled the appointment. That did not happen because he showed up early and does not move furniture. When I told him my complaint, his exact words were "Find someone else." I do not believe that remark supports Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning's value statement. The area he did clean looks great but the parts I wanted cleaned did not happen. AJ. - Nixa, MO - 10/20/2023
