Did not seem like the individual cleaning my house vacuumed the carpets prior to shampooing them. This resulted in an accumulation of dog hair and debris in the corners of the rooms. I understand that there isn’t a guarantee that stains would come out but it didn’t look like there was any change whatsoever. Not ideal especially for the price point.

Was a rushed cleaning job and it shows in the area rug. Had this done a few years ago and it took about an hour and the rug was beautiful. This time they spent 20 minutes- don’t even think the pre soak had time to work. Don’t think I’ll be a return customer
