Straightforward pricing. Technician (Cory) was knowledgeable, courteous, explained everything in detail, and completed the cleaning efficiently and quickly. Jason came out and gave me the sales pitch and provided me a little bit about the process. We have a rather large community (Senior Living Community) with many different floor types. We scheduled for one of the common areas two long carpeted high traffic hallways to be done. The tech came out, very pleasant young man, who again explained the process and followed up when he was done. I must say I am very impressed with the results. At less cost then zero-res or others we have used the areas turned out great. The best part is your not left with a humid wet carpet after. I will use Oxi Fresh again and would highly recommend. Cory was so personable and nice. He was also honest and shared that it was not a good idea to use the services on natural fibers (which I did not know.) That information resulted in a smaller sale but he made it happen and reduced the price. The carpets that he did clean look great and our stairwell was super dirty and stained and he got all the stains out. The carpet looks brand new. Thank you. MR. - Saint Paul, MN - 05/18/2023
