The serviceman, Paul, was so kind and told me that he would take care of the carpet as if it was his own. Something I haven’t heard very often. Also, there were no spots that reappeared as he had mentioned. Would definitely call back. Caroet looks great!

The tech (Todd) that came to clean our carpets was very knowledgeable and personable. We were charged exactly what we were quoted, so there were not any surprises when we went to pay. We had a wonderful experience and will use Oxifresh again in the future.
