We liked that the person Mike who came, was careful about not damaging our carpet given it is worn and old. We also really appreciated that there was a free re-do, when things weren't as clean as we had hoped. The second time made the carpets look cleaner. They were very prompt and on time and friendly, They did a very good job shampooing the carpets, they look great! They adjusted their pricing for me as I decided to have more rooms shampooed than I had told them originally. And discount discounted some of the rooms which was nice. They also brought their own water for the cleaning. It dried very quickly and as far as I can see, did a wonderful job. I felt the pricing was very reasonable. I never got a chance to use the service. I had made an appointment on line, a week ahead of time. The day of the appointment all the furniture was removed and we were ready. Less than 30 minutes prior to the appointment time, he(Mike) texted me and a family emergency came up. He got us rescheduled for the following Tuesday. Fifteen minutes prior to the time, he texted again to apologize but had to cancel due to vehicle issues. I wrote back asking when he could reschedule us and for 3 1/2 hrs no reply. I finally sent a text to cancel and we would go to another for service. He responded almost immediately. I think a person to person call would have been more appropriate in this case.
