The method that you use to clean the carpets doesn't actually clean them, it just makes them wet and beats the dirt around. I was shocked to find out you never use a vacuum to suck any dirt out of the carpet, just soak them down and fluff it up with a power brush. The gentleman that provided the service were really helpful in explaining the services and how they differ from traditional cleaners. They were very knowledgeable and detail oriented which made me feel secure about my decision to utilize the company! My toddler will be on nice clean carpets (and dry might I add) upon moving into my new home. More than worth the price which was darn good!! Thanks for your excellent service!!
