Carpet and upholstery were cleaned two weeks ago and we are very pleased with the process and the results. Kevin was the man. He texted me a couple hours before our scheduled appointment to confirm and then arrived exactly on time. After a walk-through he estimated the amount of time it would all take and he was right on target. He is very conscientious about his work and we are all very happy with how everything turned out. Will definitely contact him the next time we need our carpet or upholstery cleaned.

Kevin was fantastic and very helpful with getting our room cleaned up! We even have a little dog that is nervous around new people and kept barking, and Kevin got down on the floor with her to introduce himself and make sure she was comfortable, too. Kevin was upfront about what he thought he could do and what he thought the best option would be. We”be got his card on our fridge for future use and to recommend!

First time customer--will 100% use Oxi Fresh services again. I scheduled my service less than twenty-four hours in advance after some unfortunate pet-related carpet stains. Without me even asking, Kevin (Owner and my service tech) helped save me over $50 from my original quote. He also called me 15 minutes before my appointment time to let me know he was on the way and discuss my main concerns for the cleaning. Once he arrived, Kevin was excellent, working efficiently and effectively--he was done with 3 rooms, stairs and a decent-sized hallway with some serious stains in less than two hours with absolutely FANTASTIC results. I chose Oxi Fresh after reading great reviews and I will be using them again for all my future carpet cleaning needs in Royal Oak.
