Very professional , my appointment was at 3 pm and Kevin was right on time all the stains are out and they have been here from when we moved in the home 2 almost 3 years ago the carpets look so clean and smell great I am so pleased . He talked me through every process that he did I would for sure use them again . I am in Howell and when I looked them up or said they were in my area and that’s why I called I did not realize they are out of Royal Oak and after I found that out I felt so bad that he made the drive out to my place . Great job hands down

Martin was very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and the Oxi product. I like how my carpets were dry within an hour.
I will be setting up another appointment in November before the holidays.
