I was first drawn to the non-toxic approach of Oxi Fresh. I have used Oxi Fresh on a two occasions, and had the same person both times. He was thorough, and I appreciated the time and care that was taken to really clean the carpets well. However, what I appreciate most is his kind attitude, friendly spirit, and great work ethic.
