When I compared prices I was happy to see that they were comparable to other carpet cleaning companies. So I expected the same kind of service as other companies. I expected a van mounted system that would deep clean my carpets. Instead it was a guy with a hand held machine similar to one I could have rented from the store. He was very kind but my carpet doesn't seem any cleaner. The stains did not come out. My house was left a mess with the dry chemical all over my wood floors.

I paid a lot of $ for odor destroying/bacteria. All of the stains I had came right back up within 2 hours. Technician came back and redid and I still see no different in scent or cleanliness of carpet. I paid over double what I normally pay for a regular steamcleaning. I was not impressed. My carpets and area rugs look like they need cleaned. I will stick with the steamcleaning as I am used to. I didn't care for this process.

As much as I ever recommend anything to people I would recommend your services. Jamal did a terrific job for us, was courteous and friendly and answered all of our questions with respectful patience. We want him to come back next time we have you come out!
