The friendliness of the employee, I like how clean the carpet came out, but it does have a crusty feeling to it, almost like it’s soap, I’m going to vacuum it and see if it helps. I was quite impressed with the price and the $25 gift card that was given to me after the job was completed, to be used on my next cleaning! Thank you! Penny B

Carpet looks awesome. Dried in less then an hour and a half. Did take a very long time to do.

When the cleaning associate knew he was running late he gave us a call to apologize and to let us know his ETA. He did a very thorough job of cleaning our carpets (red paint tracked on white carpets!!), was polite and very professional. I think his name was Hussein. I would recommend him and your company.
