The two men who came here were very pleasant and efficient. Due to a long family member illness, the carpets have not been cleaned for several years. The men had to use several applications to get the carpet as clean as possible and it looks a whole lot better than it did before they started. I'm very pleased. Jim Key

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning. Bert, the franchise owner, went completely above and beyond to make sure my daughter's apartment carpets were cleaned before her move-in date. We were on a tight timeline, and Bert made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. His professionalism, communication, and genuine commitment to customer service were exceptional.
A special thank you also goes to Steven, who performed the carpet cleaning. He was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and did a superb job. The carpets looked fantastic when he was finished, and it was obvious he takes great pride in his work.
In a time when it can be difficult to find companies that truly care about their customers, Oxi Fresh stands out. Bert and Steven delivered the kind of service that is becoming all too rare—responsive, professional, honest, and focused on exceeding expectations.
I only wish more businesses operated the way these gentlemen do. If you're looking for a carpet cleaning company that genuinely cares and delivers outstanding results, I highly recommend Oxi Fresh. The carpet always looks almost like new even with lots of stains. Process uses little liquid so drying time is quick. Staff very reliable, on time and professional.

The Guys are always great when they come to my home. They have cleaned carpets and furniture on multiple occasions and they always come out beautiful! Highly recommend this company!
