I understand Service provide was late and he did call and tell me he was stuck in traffic but I believe if your appointment is more than hour late, there needs to be a reschedule at the Customer earliest Convivence on your earliest date without exception.

Oxi Fresh is awesome! Everything about Oxi Fresh is professional. My carpets are so clean and smelling like citrus. The service was excellent and they listened to me and paid attention to my concerns (stains). I was pleased with the outcome. I certainly have no problem recommending Oxi Fresh to my friends.
