Include a light deodorizer with shampoo, connected carpet stairs should be included or a median cost. Maybe include a free room in an advertised promo, after paying for a certain amount of rooms initially. Ensure not to leave any water puddles behind from the buckets and/or cleaner. Have fragrant options in the cleaner for the carpet.

The technicians were 1 hour late. No apologies for being late. The worse service, no heads up that they we’re going to be late. Didn’t say who they were they came to the door. The carpet was damaged. Their in the wrong business when dealing with paying customers. This is the second time we used this company and they were super late both time. Never again! After they finished and we’re leaving out the door I told the guy to have a good day… His response was- Yeah.
