Alim (I think that was his name) was great. He was very nice, got to work quickly and did a great job. I am extremely pleased with my carpets. I would highly recommend him/Oxy-clean

House (upper level only) has a good carpeted living room and dining room area as well as 3 bedrooms and hallway plus stairs. Guy called me at 7:01 am and said he had just got there. At 7:45 am he called and said he was done. It did look better, but was a rush job and most definitely did not take his time. No way to give the customer a deep clean by rushing to get done and to the next job. 45 minutes and done ???

The person assigned to clean our floors had to switch. The next person was double booked and he had to come later. Our carpets were still wet 4 hours later and smelled like vomit. When questioned about awful smell the person texted about a vendor over mixing enzymes and that he would come out the next day to solve this issue. We never heard from him again despite to us reaching out 3 times. I had heard many wonderful reviews but we were disappointed. Our carpets have a muggy smell and so does our house. The carpets look clean and stains are gone. We like the Oxy clean description of oxygen and process but we were disappointed.
