The booking process was very easy, there were several reminders of upcoming appointment, there was a courtesy call to let me know the technician was on the way, they were on time, and provided great service for cleaning, deodorizing, and spot removal of wall to wall carpeting. I did have them clean and deodorize an area rug that my older dog tends to urinate on. Unfortunately, the smell is still there. There may have been an additional service offered for this specifically that I did not request. I’m not sure, but I was hoping the cleaning and deodorizing would take care of it. I would still recommend this company because they did an excellent job with everything from communication to service.
