Had service at my house to carpet clean three bedrooms. The carpets looked good. I did move furniture out of the way to help make the cleaning easier and more accessible. The carpets were cleaned around the furniture, and when moved back, the areas underneath were dirty. Understanding that light furniture may be moved and not heavy furniture, I was not upset. However I called to request a return to further clean the rooms in which I was willing to pay. I was told I would receive a call back, but never did.

Was given a quote for 5 rooms.
After work was almost done, was told it would be more expensive because a room was larger than 250sq ft.
I paid it without question, but if you quote some something, you should stick with that quote.
You may have earned an additional $120 from changing the price on me last minute, but you lost me as a customer going forward.

Justin was a nice enough tech, but as far as the cleaning job is concerned a lot did not come out of my carpets and I am very disappointed because we are getting ready to sell the house. I am now going to have to have another company come and see if they can remove what Justin said he could not. I have had much better success in the past with the wet extraction method.
