The entire service was amazing! Nelson was on time, very informative, and walked me through the entire process. The lingering odor from my cat's accident are completely gone and the landing and staircase in my house look and smell amazing! Excellent!

Nelson was great. He told me the process every step of the way including suggestions about how to care for the carpet and any additional services needed according to our situation. Nelson was prompt and courteous! I will use OxiFresh again.

Nelson was prompt, friendly and knowledgable. He came in and examined the carpet condition, and was honest with me about what he thought it was going to take to clean. Afterwards we did a walkthrough to examine the carpet I would work with Nelson and Oxi Fresh again. I'll be sure to recommend Oxi Fresh and Nelson to others.....
