Scheduling was a nightmare. There is a lack of communication between the office and the technicians. My appointment was cancelled 3 hours before my appointment, rescheduled, and then cancelled again, but technician still showed up at the rescheduled time. Made me confused and stressed.

Our cleaner, a lovely woman, confirmed her visit that morning and was very pleasant. Most importantly, she appeared to be extremely conscientious and did a terrific job. We are more than pleased with how great our carpets look!
