We loved how approachable your technician (Izzy) was. We are a bilingual family, and it was nice being able to speak to him in Spanish as well. Quality of work was amazing. We will definitely advocate and recommend Oxy fresh carpet cleaning to our friends and family. We own U N I CONSTRUCTION, and we will definitely be using your services, not only personally, but for our professional clients as well. Thanks again oxy fresh it was a pleasure working with you.

This is the second time I’ve used him within a month. The young lady that was here did an incredible job. It was nice. But I do have a suggestion for your company. I noticed twice you have a tip gratuity for a job. Well, you are done, as you say. I feel that you don’t pay your employees enough to have customers give them a tip for the service rendered. I believe you’re trying to make it. Hence, customers are comfortable not tipping, so my recommendation to you is to please pay technicians better pay without having to ask us for tips as a customer. I think whatever price you pay is what you pay thank you.
