I was a little skeptical that some of the stains would come up so I asked about additional targeted spot removal but I was assured that it wasn't necessary and that was spot on all the stains came up except for a couple areas that had gotten discolored by previous cleaning methods. Very pleased, carpet looks like new again and I must say its been a while since it was new.
