I only had one room where the carpet needed to be cleaned. The job was done very quickly and the carpet looked great when the young man was finished. He was friendly and efficient, got the job done well.

Your technician was very good and communicative when he was running late. It was appreciated. Everything was fine, but I think using shoe coverings would be a good idea. I couldn’t help but notice he kept his shoes on, walking on the stairs he had just cleaned.
