This was the first time we had our carpet cleaned and this was the best experience. From the first call, all the way through the whole process. Keith was highly repectful and a professional. My husband and I had used a store bought vacuum but was not pleased with the results. Our carpet looks so good I want to lay down on it. I highly recommend Oxi Fresh. I rarely write reviews but this company is rare so I felt it deserved praise.

Keith was amazing from the moment I set the appointment until the moment he left my home. He was polite, neat, on time, explained everything before and after, and did a phenomenal job. Very little water, zero odor, almost no noise and just brand new looking and smelling carpets. I highly recommend Keith and oxifresh!!

Carpet was clean and black marks are gone. It was easy to schedule and he was on time. The reason for the 4 not 5 is just because I would like the room to smell more fresh. It was just neutral which isn’t bad really but I wanted more odor.

I am very satisfied with the carpet cleaning Keith did on our bedroom, hallway and stair carpets. The carpet was quite dirty and now looks great. The cleaning products leave a gentle aroma and I was so impressed by the small amount of water used. In the past I have used companies with steam cleaners and the carpets were soaked and took a very long time to dry. I will use OxiFresh and Keith from now on.
