Our local Oxi Fresh representative for zip code 21212 is very good and reliable. I was able to get an appointment on short notice. He showed-up on time, made sure that I got the applicable discount, worked fast, was very thorough, and finished when he said he would. Excellent service!

I have used several carpet-cleaning services over the years, including OxiFresh, and the most recent one, completed by the Baltimore owner, was the best I have ever had. Because of Covid, I had not had the carpet cleaned for several years. He worked steadily and thoroughly in each room and area, doing a conscientious job throughout the house. When he was finished, the carpet everywhere looked new. The operator was pleasant and courteous, and the total bill was reasonable and fair. I was and am delighted with all results. It would be hard to give him higher marks because the job was so well done.
