They work to make the carpets and furniture look better. When the first cleaning of the pet odor on the recliner did not work, they came back and recleaned it. It is alot better now and usable.

I was quoted a price that was not honored at check out with the guys here. He said there is ALWAYS a $14 service charge. My quote that I showed to him said $99 and $0 service fee. He was visibly irritated and left without saying a word. He made me feel very uncomfortable.
The carpets looked very good but they left many track marks of shoe prints all over the floor next to carpets.

Derek did not want to honor the 99.00 for 3 rooms. He added on a 14.00 “service charge”, and put a guilt trip on her for not paying it; said it was coming out of his pocket if she did not pay it.

We got a text from Noah saying when he would arrive; he was absolutely on time; he was friendly and answered my questions; he got two bedrooms plus a hallway done in ~40 minutes; he explained about dry time, etc. and some of the other services you provide; and your price was great. Thank you.

They were great. Noah was super friendly. Explained everything he did. With 4 dogs the carpet was really a mess. He did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I would definitely use them again.

Company service team is always on time and does a great job cleaning my carpets. Cleaning methods do not saturate the rugs and products leave a great scent. There is never an additional sales push when they arrive in your home. D. Daniel
