I don’t know the kind of cleaning the person did but for $150 I was expecting my carpet to be professionally cleaned. I could have cleaned it myself for the job that the person did. I was charged extra amount to get rid of a stain but she didn’t get rid of the stain then she double charged me which I had to call the company back to get her to refund me my extra money of $150 that was taken out of my account. She came back to clean it for free which I requested for a different person cos I know it won’t get down but they still sent the same person and it was still not clean. The stain area looks like abeg picked out the parts with the stain out instead of cleaning it so now that area is not as full as the rest of the area rug.

The crew was on time, polite and professional. I have engineered floors throughout my house, living room, family room, dining room and hall. I have lived here for a year and half and they shine like never before.
I will definitely have them back as they are reasonably priced and friendly. Thank you Oxi Fresh.

Had a badly stained carpet cleaned and tile kitchen floor cleaned and sealed. Chris dis a wonderful job and spent extra time on the projects to ensure that it was done right.
