The service was great, the owner was so friendly. He was able to clean a carpet that was ancient way beyond my expectations. I was figuring that it was beyond being cleaned. When he finished it looked really good for a very old carpet. I will definitely have him return in December for another cleaning and probably at some point have my kitchen tile floor done too. I am very pleased that I contacted OxiFresh for my carpet cleaning. I have an ancient carpet that was really very dirty. I was sure that it was really beyond cleaning. However, when Derek got finished with it, it looks great. I was totally surprised that anything could be done with it. I will definitely use this company again and plan to around December. Derek was absolutely the professional and treated the house with respect. Went over the procedure before he started. I also confirmed the price and he assured me he would not up charge me for anything. Moved quickly. Results were great. No odors. And successfully removed my carpet odor with deodorizing.
