Carpet was basically cleaned but Missed obvious stains. Didn't close doors to get behind them. Didn't clean stair edges or risers . In other words any areas besides the easily reached ones were ignore. Didn't asknifnineas satisfied with the cleaning. Left pillings all over carpet . Said the carpet cleaning machine leaves the these little carpet balls behind or maybe my carpet which is only 2 yrs old . I had to vacuum the carpet after the " cleaning".
Have been totally satisfied in the past by will switch carpet cleaning companies now .
