Stains not removed and still an odour. Also carpets are wet a full day later Please have the manager call me: 587-968-1998.

The carpet was spotless after the moisture dried up. There is also a fresh smell. The technician was also very friendly and thorough during the process. I will recommend it to friends and will use the service again for the carpet in our other rooms.
