I am selling my home and had hired a different carpet cleaning company. I thought they did a good job, but wondered when they did nothing extra with those pesty spots on our carpet. A couple days later, they all showed back up. I called Oxi Clean, we informed them of our problem and it wasn't 20 minutes later the actual individual that will be cleaning the carpets called to discuss the concerns we had. They came out within a couple days and cleaned our carpets. All of the stains and gone and the carpet looks like NEW!! Thank You OXI-Clean for your professional work and your courtesy!
