Randi came and totally disappointed me.
First he came 1.15 hours later than scheduled time.
I told him about the the total whole house special promo that was mentioned on your website as well as on the email. He said the cost would be $ 210. I agreed.
Finally he only did part of the job- did not do the basement and did 2 rooms that were very clean anyways and did not require cleaning.
He then argued and did not listen to me and left the basement dirty.
Even where he did the job, there are patches that have not been cleaned.
I feel frustrated and short-changed

Sergio was over 3 hours late, I had to ask him to redo some spots
He spilled a lot of water around the house, especially where he was working and in the washrooms
He seemed quite a bit out of it.

I got 4 oriental carpets cleaned and 1 recliner chair. Only 1 carpet cleaned good. Others I’m not happy with. And also chair didn’t clean well. Although Andy was very nice friendly.
