Todd is fantastic and literally saved the day after another company to my dismay had just used water to saturate my carpets while supposedly clean and had I great concerns about growth of mold. Never mind, they weren't even cleaned. Prior to coming out he gave me some great tips over the phone on how to get things dry and what to look for mold growth. Additionally, throughout the whole process Todd he was accessible via text to allay any concerns or questions. Todd came in and did a thorough assessment and was even down on his hands and knees, looking at exactly what some of my area rugs were made of to determine what products should or should not be used. Again, he literally saved the day and my carpets which were combination of wall-to-wall and area rugs. They look beautiful and they smell wonderful. You've got a happy and loyal forever customer here!! Outstanding customer service!

It was easy to schedule, and I was really sold on the advanced technology that keeps rugs drier than the traditional treatment --- helping to prevent rot or mold over time.
