I read about the local OxiFresh business owners in the Community Advertiser. Called and booked a date. Heather was warm, friendly, professional... and early. A bonus! I also appreciate that she wore coveralls on her shoes while working in the house.
Carpet was cleaned thoroughly and dried within two hours, allowing me to put the rooms back together. Would definitely recommend them and will hire again.

Cleaning products are effective and the cleaner has a nice scent. The service was great, my carpets look fresh and new again.

I loved the customer service from start to finish. I ultimately had to change the time of my appointment. In the end they made it work around my schedule, I'm pretty sure it was after hours for them. I was always able to get a hold and get a response from someone promptly, which was also nice. Our technician was Heather. She was great! Friendly, on time, and efficient. I would definitely use oxi fresh again! Also, great rates.
