I was very pleased with drying time of only about 4 hours. That was really important because I had guest coming the next day. I was very pleased with how well the carpets cleaned up. I didn't expect miracles I just wanted some of the dirt cleaned out of it. But I was thrilled at how clean they were afterwards. Even the worse spots were either completely removed or seriously lightened. I appreciated Tate's honesty on how certain stains work. Certain stains are harder to remove completely. Esp after an extended stay on the rug. I have no complaints. I didn't expect a miracle but I felt like I got one. My husband said the same thing when he got home, lol. All that said I appreciate the courtesy professionalism, and honesty most of all. ML. - Harrodsburg, KY - 07/11/2025
