The technician was really nice and the carpet looks really clean and smells fresh. The tech also gave me some really good instructions and other info for care.

We have loose debris all over our carpet. Black dog hair, dirt, leaves, etc. all over and just left. We don’t have a black dog. We didn’t have leaves in our home. Why would we pay to have our carpets cleaned to have debris added to our home from previous house cleanings? What else did you bring into my home if you can’t bother to clean the equipment or at least clean up the mess you created. Very frustrating.
