Our carpet is not clean and it does not smell deodorized. The carpet is hard and stiff after cleaning yesterday. I would like someone to come back out or give me a refund

Caleb is in asset to Oxi Fresh. Caleb was professional and respectable of our home. Our 30-year-old wall to wall carpet contained a stain in the hallway for at least 27 years. We advised Caleb that the other companies were not able to remove stain for the past 27 years therefore we did not expect him to remove the stain. The stain became a challenge for Caleb and Caleb was able to remove 99% of the 27-year stain. Caleb did an excellent job. We will use Oxi Fresh and Caleb in the future.

The service was great, but the cleaning itself was not something I would use again. Stains and odor not much better and carpet felt like it still had cleaner on it after dried.
