My technician was so thorough and did a great job. This was the first time I’ve had my carpets cleaned by this process and I thought no way it’s way too quiet and no chemicals it can’t work but it took out lots of tough stains. I would recommend Oxi to anyone! BW. - Olathe, KS - 04/12/2019
