The service technician texted me the day of our scheduled service and said his upholstery cleaning machine was broke. He was very polite but I have not heard back when he can reschedule and it has been 2 days.

I needed to get my area rug cleaned and Oxifresh really took care of me. Customer service answered all my questions and they were able to schedule me the same week in the timeframe that worked best for me. John was my technician and I appreciate the amount of care he took into addressing needs and efficiently executing what needed to be done. I love the minimal amount of water being used and the spot removal process took care of all my surface stains. My rug looks good as new and I will definitely call Oxifresh again the next time I need help.
