The technician was friendly but I was told on the phone when making the appointment that my carpets would be vacuumed first and I asked the technician again when he got here and he said he has one machine that vacuums and cleans at the same time. After my carpet dried, I found clumps of debris on my bedroom carpet and my stairs look like they weren't vacuumed at all and much of the steps were missed with the cleaner. Also the company vehicle leaked oil all over our driveway.

Punctuality. They were over an hour late. They reached out when already late and we had to reschedule because they were going to be 1 hour 30 minutes late originally.

We have very old, very stained carpet in our home. Tanner Marsden came in, and in about 40 minutes made the carpet look almost new! I know some stains are likely to reappear in this 32-year-old carpet, but for now it looks great.
